I am a former collegiate athlete at Columbia University where I played football and ran track. Over the course of my career I have had the privilege to work with numerous strength and conditioning professionals from the collegiate level to the NFL.
After graduating I was able to put together some of the workouts that I found most beneficial into a single workout plan. As you may have seen on social media, a lot of people have been asking me about my workout regiment, so I have actually started offering it publicly. This includes my full detailed workout plan along with instructional video, explaining some of the more complex workouts.
